The Tipsy Trailer
Event Price Starting at $1,600
Interested in hiring our pop up bar service for smaller events such as Bridal Showers or Brunch? From Grand Openings to Tailgates, we’re happy to accommodate smaller events with a 2 hour base price.
$1,600 Base Price Trailer rental includes:
Consultation on menu and recommendations based on event size
Up to 6 hours of bartending at your eventOne licensed & insured Bartender for up to 100 guests
We pour Beer, Wine and Two Signature Cocktails
Full bar set up and breakdown
Trailer comes fully stocked with bar essentials- plastic cups, napkins, ice, garnishes & non- alcoholic mixers
General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance
Travel within 60 miles of Cincinnati
Clients provide alcohol – we’ll guide you on quantities & provide a shopping list, we can even arrange for delivery or pick it up for you!
Custom Services available:
Additional hour of service +$175 per hour
Additional Guest Count +50 guests $150
Additional Bartender or Attendant +$150 (required for parties larger than 50 guests)
Tossware Upgrade with elevated premium plastic cups styles (rate based on guest count)
Personalization Upgrade cups, stirrers, garnishes (rate based on guest count)
Non- Alcoholic Package +$150 (serves 50 guests)
Mocktail versions of Signature Cocktails, seltzer water and soda.

Pop- up Bar in addition to trailer to accommodate larger events, streamlining bar service +$200(highly recommended for 150+ guest counts)
Welcome Cocktail Tower/ Table for continuous & quick service during Cocktail Hour +$200 (we can even work with your caterer to create a grazing table with drinks & food)
Hydration Station for private events without catering or venue table service. Includes infused water, iced tea and lemonade drink dispensers with cups and garnishes +$150
Bourbon & Cigar Bar guests experience the ultimate outdoor cigar bar complete with string light, Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. Clients provide liquor and cigars, we provide licensed and insured attendants. Choose from our custom signature bourbon cocktails or opt for bourbon flight tastings! +$500
Now offering Cocktail Classes! Round up the gang and choose three cocktails. We’ll cover bartending basics, tasting notes and learn to make your own signature cocktail line up.
